OUR SPACIOUS TWO STORY HOME HAS 3 BEDROOMS AND 2 FULL BATHS, SLEEPS 6 PEOPLE COMFORTABLY, AND A MAXIMUM OF 8 PEOPLE. (Including Children)

- Carpeting in living-dining room and all bedrooms.
- Two color TV's (26" and 19") with 70+ cable selections. DVD-VCR player.
- Telephone for local calls. Long distance service on YOUR calling card.
- Washer and dryer. Also two vacuums and cleaning supplies.
- Three decks: one on ocean side, one in sheltered, private patio, and one covered deck (for smokers.)

- Parking for several cars.
- Oceanside yard is fenced with gate. Road side yard is not.

- Queen sized hide-a-bed in living room.
We have a GOOD MATTRESS on all the main beds, and electric blankets, pillows and extra blankets in good supply. There are at least two sets of sheets for each bed. Each bathroom has plenty of nice towels. (Please bring your own beach towels.)
WELL-EQUIPPED KITCHEN & DINING ROOM
- Dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer and stove with double ovens

OUR HOME IS VERY HOMEY BY RENTAL STANDARDS.

BOOKS, MAGAZINES, CARDS, GAMES AND PUZZLES; TOURIST PAMPHLETS AND MAPS AND RESTAURANT MENUS. We have original art and good prints on the walls. You can entertain yourself by reading our guest books, started in the early 80's, or by trying to find the two square corners in the unique design of our home.
